What You'll Do10
- 1Lead client advisory efforts, ensuring top-notch service for High-Net-Worth clients and proactively delivering solutions.
- 2Collaborate with sales to assign client advisors and manage smooth transitions, promoting a OnePCS mindset.
- 3Build and nurture relationships with Centers of Influence to enhance service offerings.
- 4Forecast and conduct performance reviews, addressing underperformance to keep the team on track.
- 5Manage relationships with local and regional carriers, staying informed on contract changes and underwriting guidelines.
- 6Handle client communications and presentations, and participate in hiring to bring in top talent.
- 7Analyze workload and manage resources, conducting regular staff meetings and one-on-ones.
- 8Participate in advisory reviews for larger clients, assisting in resolving complex client or underwriting issues.
- 9Monitor KPIs and develop business plans for referrals, new business, and cross-selling opportunities.
- 10Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting while leading a hybrid workforce.
Requirements7
- 15+ years experience managing individuals and team goals.
- 23-5+ years personal insurance background with client-facing experience.
- 3Personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele.
- 4Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- 5Client service orientation with balance on managing expectations.
- 6Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
- 7Demonstrate an understanding of cultivating opportunities from within client's centers of influence.
