Cleanroom Operator, Pump Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Overview
Cleanroom production role focused on electro mechanical pump assembly and in line testing within a controlled environment. Own the documentation, data logging, and quality checks from a dedicated workstation. Collaborate with a team to hit daily throughput targets and maintain a compliant cleanroom space. What You'll Do10
- 1Build pump assemblies on a rotating line while maintaining cleanroom standards and accurate data records
- 2Operate from a laptop based workstation to observe test results and log outcomes in real time
- 3Perform basic testing and troubleshooting on pumps to verify performance against quality standards
- 4Review batch records and ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
- 5Inspect components visually and with basic tools to verify quality before packaging
- 6Assist with packaging of finished pumps according to defined standards
- 7Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following PPE and cleanliness protocols
- 8Contribute to daily production goals with a target of approximately 216 pumps per person per day
- 9Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth workflow and station coverage
- 10Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality to support production schedules
Requirements10
- 1Previous experience in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment beneficial
- 2Ability to perform manual electro mechanical assembly at a bench for extended periods
- 3Comfort leaning toward repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality
- 4Basic computer skills to log and track data using a laptop
- 5Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing
- 6Ability to use small hand tools safely for assembly and inspection
- 7Willingness to be trained on processes, equipment, and documentation requirements
- 8Team oriented mindset with ability to work on a manufacturing line
- 9Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- 10Flexibility to sit or stand at a workstation during shifts
