This is a full‑time onsite position in Houston Texas offering competitive pay and benefits.
What You'll Do11
- 1Operate the scrubber and buffer and perform dust mopping damp mopping sweeping vacuuming dusting and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- 2Adhere to operational merchandise and loss prevention standards.
- 3Cross‑train to support various store areas including backroom front end sales floor and restrooms.
- 4Maintain cleanliness standards for sales floor single queue associate lounge backroom and restrooms.
- 5Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty integrity and respect.
- 6Maintain all organizational cleanliness and recovery standards.
- 7Follow health and safety policies including refilling essential items in lounge restrooms and front end.
- 8Cross‑train in other store areas and assist with front end coverage.
- 9Participate in store recovery and adhere to operational loss prevention controls.
- 10Communicate accurately with management and associates regarding labor laws meal and break periods.
- 11Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.

- 1Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.
- 2Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and physical stamina for cleaning tasks and running equipment.
- 3Ability to multitask and respond appropriately to changes or unexpected situations.
- 4Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

- 6Retail customer experience preferred but not required.
