What You'll Do11
- 1Build and lead cleaning initiatives to ensure floor care standards
- 2Design and execute daily cleaning schedules across multiple store areas
- 3Maintain all organizational and recovery standards for sales floor backroom and restrooms
- 4Adhere to health and safety policies including restocking essential items
- 5Cross-train to assist in front end coverage and other store functions
- 6Support associate needs during peak times and handle unexpected changes
- 7Communicate accurately with management and colleagues about store conditions
- 8Participate in store recovery efforts and follow loss prevention guidelines
- 9Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- 10Follow all labor laws regarding meal and break periods
- 11Maintain a safe environment through proactive awareness
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of retail experience
- 3Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- 4Physical stamina to operate cleaning equipment
- 5Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
- 6Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- 7Multi-tasking capability under dynamic work conditions
- 8Flexibility for varied scheduling needs
