What You'll Do11
- 1Operate the scrubber and buffer while performing dust mopping damp mopping sweeping vacuuming dusting and spot cleaning glass and windows
- 2Adhere to operational merchandise and loss prevention standards
- 3Cross‑train to work in backroom front end sales floor and other departments
- 4Support front end coverage and maintain organizational cleanliness across sales floor single queue associate lounge backroom and restrooms
- 5Maintain health and safety policies including refilling essential items in lounge restrooms and front end
- 6Participate in daily store recovery and follow shrink reduction procedures
- 7Communicate accurately with management and associates
- 8Follow all labor laws including meal and break period policies
- 9Engage in safety awareness to keep the environment secure
- 10Execute cleaning tasks using floor buffers and scrubbers
- 11Respond appropriately to changing directions or unexpected situations
