What You'll Do11
- 1Operate scrubber and buffer while adhering to cleaning protocols
- 2Perform dust mopping and vacuuming tasks daily
- 3Maintain glass surfaces and windows through proper cleaning techniques
- 4Support associates during peak shopping periods
- 5Follow health and safety regulations including restocking essential items
- 6Uphold merchandising standards across sales floors and backrooms
- 7Participate in store recovery efforts as needed
- 8Enforce loss prevention measures and operational policies
- 9Communicate effectively with management and front-end teams
- 10Observe all labor laws regarding meal and break periods
- 11Conduct safety awareness initiatives within the workplace
Requirements13
- 15+ years experience maintaining store cleanliness
- 2Spark expertise with cleaning equipment
- 3Airflow knowledge of facility operations
- 4CPC Card certification preferred
- 5BCBA training beneficial
- 6AWS Certified experience advantageous
- 75+ years building and maintaining organizational systems
- 83-5 seasons of professional experience required
- 9Physical stamina for lifting heavy objects
- 10Strong multitasking abilities under pressure
- 11Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 12Ability to work flexible schedules
- 13Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence
