Overview
You will process complex healthcare claims requiring investigation, coding, and adjustments for a top healthcare client in Richardson, TX. You will work with multiple applications simultaneously while resolving pending claims within tight deadlines. After 6-8 weeks of on-site paid training, you will transition to a remote role with a flexible schedule. This role is not customer service or pure data entry; it demands independent decision-making and meeting production goals.
What You'll Do8

Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 26+ months of office clerical, medical, or insurance claims experience
- 37,000+ keystrokes/hour typing speed
- 4Solid data entry skills with Windows navigation
