What You'll Do8
- 1Act as primary liaison for callers from multiple client accounts, providing empathetic service and resolving issues with one-call response.
- 2Perform claim intake and full-service customer support within regulatory and client expectations.
- 3Educate claimants on required documentation, time frames, payment info, and claim status using clear communication.
- 4Document call details concisely and accurately into the claims application.
- 5Direct calls to appropriate escalation path, including Service Center Specialist or management.
- 6Meet attendance and performance competencies while handling multiple priorities.
- 7Support multiple clients across communication channels using Windows environment and Microsoft Office.
- 8Assist with questions and solving problems related to the claims application and servicing processes.
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or GED required.
- 21 year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3Inbound call center experience preferred.
- 4PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Windows environment.
- 5Meet minimum typing requirements.
- 6Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- 7Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- 8Ability to support multiple clients across communication channels and utilize multiple systems simultaneously.
- 9Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
