  • 4Develop and maintain external Client Service Plans
  • 5Ensure Lockton policies and procedures are followed
  • 6Deliver presentations to prospective and current clients
  • 7Create claims reporting procedures for external clients
  • 8Attend Risk Control Service meetings and educational workshops
  • 9Participate in industry and trade meetings
  • 10Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
  • 11Organize and analyze claims/loss data using carrier and TPA online systems
  • 12Manage time to meet deadlines and resolve issues independently
  • 13Negotiate best‑in‑class claim handling procedures with insurers and TPAs
  • 14Collaborate with associates at all levels to solve complex problems

Requirements11

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related program or equivalent experience
  • 2Industry designations such as AIC CIC ARM CRIS or CPCU (3‑7 years claim experience)
  • 3Strong knowledge of commercial property/casualty coverages and construction claims
  • 4Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • 5Ability to organize, analyze and present claims data
  • 6Experience with claim tracking systems and TPA platforms
  • 7Proven time‑management and deadline‑driven performance
  • 8Professional negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • 9Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • 10Commitment to continuous learning through extended classes and workshops
  • 11Understanding of construction contracts and project management principles
