We seek a motivated coachable individual to build a long-term career in property insurance claims. The role involves field-based marketing and territory lead generation. This position offers flexible scheduling and performance-based compensation with uncapped bonus potential.
What You'll Do8
- 1Speak with property owners about potential insurance claims and field marketing options
- 2Manage assigned territories to generate new opportunities and leads
- 3Build referral relationships with local contractors roofers and other professionals
- 4Identify potential property damage through free visual property assessments
- 5Take photos and document visible property damage
- 6Follow up with leads and clients throughout the onboarding process
- 7Participate in ongoing company training and mentorship meetings
- 8Represent the company professionally in the field at all times
Requirements3
- 1Self-motivated and goal-oriented candidates who are reliable punctual and professional
- 2Coachable and willing to learn industry standards comfortable engaging in face-to-face communication with property owners
- 3Experience in sales real estate construction roofing hospitality customer service or field marketing is a plus but not required
