What You'll Do6
- 1Prepare engineering reports and plans including sampling and analysis plans environmental assessment reports MCP reports and MassDEP permit filings solid waste studies technical design memoranda
- 2Supervise and lead project teams performing environmental and engineering studies using industry standards
- 3Develop project scope schedule and fee preparation contact agreements work procedures staffing and subcontractor assignments
- 4Track and manage project budget invoicing and contract amendments
- 5Mentor junior staff and support new work opportunities through client relationships and proposals
- 6Participate in professional organizations and technical committees
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree civil environmental engineering or related field
- 25 to 10 years environmental engineering experience focused on MA projects
- 3Experience overseeing field services such as construction oversight site assessments underground storage tank removal building and utility investigations
- 4Familiarity with MassDEP MCP regulations regarding site assessment remediation permitting tank compliance and solid waste facilities
- 5Landfill transfer station permitting and design experience preferred
- 6Ability to manage technical budgetary and client aspects of diverse projects
- 7Valid driver’s license
- 8PE certification optional
