Own daily operations for a multi-site childcare program, ensuring licensing compliance and program quality at scale. Lead staff development, enrollment growth, and family communication across a network of centers. Collaborate with state regulators and the community to uphold safety, curriculum excellence, and high-touch family service. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to drive outcomes in quality, enrollment, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Lead teacher recruitment, interviewing and onboarding to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure staffing targets.
  • 2Observe classrooms, evaluate performance and provide feedback to maintain high-quality instruction and alignment with brand standards.
  • 3Coach and develop staff using a growth mindset to advance classroom practice and program quality.
  • 4Schedule and manage weekly operations to maintain appropriate ratios and labor costs.
  • 5Ensure licensing compliance, maintain required records, and coordinate with state regulators and inspections.
  • 6Oversee family engagement by conducting tours, enrolling families, and communicating student progress.
  • 7Administer center communications through the Show and Tell App and other channels for parent updates.
  • 8Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards and conduct monthly emergency drills.
  • 9Monitor budgets, P&L implications and labor percentages while optimizing resources for multiple centers.

Requirements8

  • 1Two or more years of center leadership/management experience preferred or at least one year required.
  • 2Infant–preschool teaching experience preferred
  • 3Strong knowledge of Georgia Bright from the Start licensing rules and regulations
  • 4CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • 5Excellent organizational and leadership skills with strong customer service and communication abilities
  • 6Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and work well under pressure
  • 7Enthusiastic, adaptable and hands-on leader with professional conduct
  • 8Experience managing records and documentation for licensing and enrollment
