- 4Design and deliver consistent Montessori-aligned programs, staff training, and retention strategies

- 6Scale staffing plans and performance management to support growth and program excellence
- 7Drive continuous improvement in safety, culture, and educational outcomes
- 8Coordinate accreditation processes with Montessori, Cognia, or NACE to maintain standards
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
- 23 years of Assistant or Director experience in licensed child care facility
- 3Familiar with Montessori teaching philosophy and accreditation processes
- 4Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
- 5Demonstrated organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- 6Experience overseeing preschool operations including HR, quality assurance, and facilities
- 7Record of hiring, developing, and retaining staff
- 8Commitment to building positive relationships with families and community
