Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or related field
  • 23 years of Assistant or Director experience in licensed child care facility
  • 3Familiar with Montessori teaching philosophy and accreditation processes
  • 4Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management
  • 5Demonstrated organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • 6Experience overseeing preschool operations including HR, quality assurance, and facilities
  • 7Record of hiring, developing, and retaining staff
  • 8Commitment to building positive relationships with families and community
