- 7Develop annual budget and multi-year financial forecasts
- 8Provide expenditure variance analyses for operational accountability
- 9Model clinician productivity and incentive structures
- 10Participate in IPA and managed care incentive programs
- 11Fully leverage Sage Intacct for reporting transparency
- 12Develop dashboards to guide efficiency and accountability
- 13Strengthen month-end close discipline and reporting timelines
- 14Mentor and develop finance leadership team members
- 15Contribute to executive succession planning
- 16Engage with executive leadership and Board Finance Committee
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 2CPA strongly preferred
- 3Minimum eight years senior financial leadership experience
- 4Previous roles as CFO Deputy Finance Officer Vice President of Finance Controller in healthcare
- 5Strong communication and presentation skills
- 6FQHC or safety-net healthcare experience preferred
- 7Familiarity with Medi-Cal Medicare reimbursement structures
- 8Experience presenting to boards and finance committees
- 9Ability to work in person in Los Angeles
- 10Background investigation required prior to offer
