What You'll Do7
- 1Manage all daily accounting operations including general ledger maintenance accounts receivable and internal controls
- 2Oversee month-end close financial reporting and preparation of timely accurate statements
- 3Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including variance analysis and financial modeling
- 4Supervise mentor and develop accounting staff ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- 5Coordinate external audit and tax engagements support senior management with financial analysis
- 6Oversee revenue cycle management collaborate with operations to improve financial performance
- 7Maintain strong internal controls continuously improve accounting processes
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPA and MBA required
- 37–10 years progressive accounting experience
- 42 years supervisory or management experience
- 5Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- 6Revenue cycle management experience required
- 7MIS or systems knowledge a plus
