What You'll Do11
- 1Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in their care plan
- 2Read 24-hour logs at shift start and conduct scheduled rounds
- 3Support residents with dressing grooming and hygiene tasks
- 4Prepare meals and assist with dining arrangements
- 5Shampoo hair weekly and manage personal care routines
- 6Deliver meals and facilitate activity participation
- 7Clean spills and report incidents to supervisory staff
- 8Report condition changes to nursing leadership
- 9Welcome new residents and aid community adjustment
- 10Pack and organize belongings during moves
- 11Follow infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Graduate of State-approved CNA program
- 3Currently certified/registered nurse aide in good standing
- 4One year senior services experience preferred
- 5Valid CPR certification upon hire
- 6Patience tact cheerfulness and decision-making abilities
- 7Knowledge of nursing aide practices and regulations
- 8Ability to lift 35 pounds and perform physical tasks
- 9Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 10Commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism
