What You'll Do11
- 1Provide hands-on personal care and assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
- 2Promote client independence by offering choices and fostering self-help skills
- 3Maintain excellent communication and build meaningful relationships with residents
- 4Follow building dress code and uphold high standards of personal hygiene and grooming
- 5Demonstrate emotional stability using a calm and kind tone during challenging moments
- 6Prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently across multiple shifts
- 7Adapt to changing situations and adjust priorities as needed
- 8Complete required paperwork and participate in ongoing training programs
- 9Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive resident care
- 10Report any concerns or incidents promptly to management
- 11Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive work environment
Requirements10
- 15+ years working as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- 2Spark and Airflow experience with ETL pipelines
- 3Medical terminology proficiency for clear communication
- 4Punctuality and strong attendance record
- 5Mature personality with emotional intelligence
- 6Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and demands
- 7Ability to follow specific building policies and regulations
- 8Basic life insurance coverage preferred
- 9Valid driver's license for transportation needs
- 10Background check clearance
