Overview
This role orchestrates daily center operations ensuring personnel management product oversight donor flow and resource functionality. The Center Director will maintain compliance with FDA OSHA CLIA and GMP standards ensure certifications/licenses remain current and lead CAPA initiatives. Host regulatory audits support quality improvements and contribute to best practices. Promote safety health and environmental policies resolve safety concerns perform preventive maintenance manage donor assets and partner with vendors for shipments. Achieve production targets while optimizing costs inventory and purchase orders. Conduct performance evaluations develop staff plans execute corrective actions and make hiring decisions. Ensure HR policy adherence assist investigations and foster positive culture through mentorship. Direct employee training onboarding retraining and leadership development track certifications and collaborate with Quality and Field teams. Cultivate donor relationships drive retention referrals and growth oversee payroll staff meetings and operational KPIs. Lead marketing initiatives with corporate departments. What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations including FDA approved SOPs OSHA CLIA and GMP while keeping certifications licenses current and leading CAPA actions
- 2Host regulatory agency customer audits support quality improvement initiatives and promote safety health and environmental policies
- 3Promote and enforce safety health and environmental policies resolve safety concerns and ensure preventive maintenance of donor center equipment
- 4Manage donor center functions assets unsuitable product and partner with corporate vendors for efficient shipments
- 5Achieve targeted production quantities and quality while optimizing costs inventory and purchase orders
- 6Conduct performance evaluations develop development plans execute corrective actions and handle hiring promotions and terminations
- 7Ensure HR policy adherence assist investigations and foster positive culture through mentorship and role modeling
- 8Direct employee training onboarding retraining and leadership development tracking certifications and collaborating with Quality and Field teams
- 9Cultivate donor relationships drive retention referrals and growth oversee payroll staff meetings and operational KPIs
- 10Lead marketing and advertising initiatives with corporate departments

Requirements11
- 1High School diploma or GED required with Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2Three years operations process management or supervisory experience
- 3Three years people management including recruiting and training
- 4Knowledge of fiscal management and budgeting preferred
- 5Ability to work in highly regulated industry
- 6Strong communication organizational skills effective written and verbal interaction and interpersonal abilities
- 7Proficiency using office software and ability to navigate office environment safely
- 8Physical stamina to sit stand use computers and lift up to 35 pounds
- 9Occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and ability to work in -40°C environments
- 10Flexibility to travel up to 20% by air and vehicle and work daytime evening weekends holidays and extended shifts
- 11Ability to use assistive devices if needed for mobility or communication
