What You'll Do12

- 6Collaborate with Quality Compliance HR Finance and Engineering teams for alignment
- 7Lead continuous improvement initiatives optimize workflows and implement Lean Six Sigma
- 8Ensure equipment maintenance calibration and facility system qualifications
- 9Uphold safety standards OSHA promote proactive safety culture
- 10Own P&L performance develop budgets manage forecasts and allocate resources
- 11Build bench strength develop talent coach leaders and partner with HR for conflict resolution

Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Business Life Sciences or related field
- 210+ years warehousing distribution pharmaceutical or regulated environments
- 37+ years management experience with 3PL pharma experience preferred
- 42+ years leading Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5Experience communicating with executive level customers presenting operational data managing expectations in regulated settings
- 6Proven experience within GMP GDP GxP frameworks supporting audits
- 7Commitment to DEI programs and inclusive leadership practices
- 8Experience with automated recruitment AI tools for application review scheduling
