Overview
Mai True Transport seeks 2 immediate full-time W-2 Company Drivers with X endorsement for hazardous materials liquid bulk water treatment chemicals. We need experienced drivers to handle top-load products across Texas and Louisiana delivering to dedicated accounts and local/regional markets. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain reliable delivery schedules for local and regional routes
- 2Drive 6 sleeper trucks and multiple trailers safely
- 3Load and unload haz mat chemicals using truck air compressor or customer supplied air
- 4Secure fittings and hoses to trailers and customer tank connections
- 5Maintain clean motor vehicle records and comply with safety regulations
- 6Deliver goods to Texas and Louisiana locations including Austin Plaquemine New Orleans
- 7Provide excellent customer service while adhering to DOT requirements
- 8Train new hires as needed and operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- 9Work one weekend per month while maintaining physical fitness for outdoor conditions
Requirements7
- 1Texas Class A license with X endorsement and TWIC card required
- 23 years chemical tanker driving experience or equivalent OTR experience
- 3Valid DOT medical card and clean driving record
- 4Ability to climb trailer ladders and secure connections
- 5Proficiency in English and willingness to travel within Texas and Louisiana
- 6Physical fitness to work in varying weather conditions
- 7Experience with hazardous materials handling and safety protocols
Salary Insight
