What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every customer entering and leaving the business with a friendly hello and goodbye.
- 2Keep the counter, dining area, and entryway spotless throughout your 5-hour shift.
- 3Process cash and credit payments accurately using the POS system during peak hours.
- 4Answer customer questions about the menu and specials, directing them to the right team member as needed.
- 5Restock napkins, utensils, and takeout bags to keep the front station fully supplied.
- 6Balance your cash drawer at the end of each shift, flagging discrepancies immediately.
- 7Assist the kitchen team with light prep work or bagging orders during slow periods.
- 8Maintain a calm, organized checkout area even when the lunch rush hits.

- 6Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when restocking supplies or helping with deliveries.
