What You'll Do8
- 1Provide guests fast, friendly, and clean service at the register and throughout the store.
- 2Operate cash registers and process accurate sales transactions using POS systems.
- 3Maintain inventory by stocking shelves, facing products, and monitoring stock levels.
- 4Keep the restaurant and dining area clean, including wiping tables, sweeping, and taking out trash.
- 5Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- 6Support the team during peak hours by handling multiple tasks, such as food prep or restroom checks, as needed.
- 7Follow cash handling and security procedures to protect assets.
- 8Contribute to a positive team culture by assisting coworkers and sharing best practices.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of cashier or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- 2Ability to complete accurate sales transactions using a POS system.
- 3Comfort using computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
- 4Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- 5Strong guest service skills and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- 6Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
