What You'll Do9
- 1Oversee case management services
- 2Hire supervise and train case managers
- 3Maintain caseload and perform case management duties
- 4Track program statistics and compile data for contract renewals
- 5Establish referral relationships with service providers
- 6Conduct outreach to maintain full caseload and facilitate referrals
- 7Maintain valid driver’s license
- 8Establish and manage referral networks
- 9Ensure adherence to agency policies and state regulations
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in clinical discipline with specialized training or Master’s degree in related area
- 2Two years of case management supervisory experience
- 3Licensed by Department of State or hold certification such as CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 4Valid driver’s license
- 5Completed credentialing log for certification if currently pursuing
- 6Experience with Spark Airflow systems
- 7Familiarity with child welfare service plans
- 8Ability to lead teams and drive program improvements
