What You'll Do9
- 1Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing eating grooming personal hygiene mobility communication and toileting
- 2Support residents according to personalized care plans while promoting dignity independence and well-being
- 3Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team
- 4Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while creating a warm engaging atmosphere
- 5Participate in community activities wellness programs dining experiences and special events
- 6Work collaboratively with Health & Wellness Culinary Lifestyle and Hospitality teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience
- 7Ensure exceptional documentation is submitted for all services provided or declined
- 8Deliver care that is professional respectful timely and personalized
- 9Help create an environment where every resident feels valued and cared for
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2One or more years of experience providing assistance with activities of daily living
- 3Certified Nursing Assistant CNA and/or Certified Medication Aide CMA credentials preferred
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Ability to read write and understand English
- 6Ability to stand walk climb stairs crouch bend grasp push pull and remain active throughout the shift
- 7Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
