Overview
As a Guest Service Agent, you own the full guest experience across OpenTable, Microsoft 365, and contact center software, handling high-volume inquiries for Vibe Dining locations. You coordinate reservations, private dining, catering, and take-out orders while keeping every interaction seamless. You join a team that values hospitality, with flexible shifts from 6am to 1am and pay incentives for nights and weekends. What You'll Do7
- 1Handle high-volume guest inquiries across phone, chat, email, and social media with speed and accuracy.

Requirements7
- 11+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- 2Proficiency with OpenTable, Microsoft 365, and contact center communication software.
- 3Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to project a friendly personality.
- 4Strong writing, time management, and organizational skills.
- 5Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 6Comfortable adapting to an ever-changing environment.
