You own the guest experience at a high-volume Benihana location in Denver, ensuring every table feels the Vibe Dining energy. You work with POS systems and a collaborative team to deliver memorable teppanyaki meals, turning first-time visitors into regulars. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience from arrival to farewell.
- 2Master the menu, specials, and beverage pairings to deliver expert recommendations.
- 3Take accurate food and beverage orders, entering them into the POS system with speed.
- 4Deliver food and beverages promptly, checking presentation and order accuracy.
- 5Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing concerns on the spot to keep service seamless.
- 6Support teammates during rush periods to maintain smooth, continuous service flow.
- 7Complete opening and closing side work assigned by managers, keeping stations stocked.
- 8Process payments, issue receipts, and invite guests to return with a personal touch.
Requirements6
- 11+ years serving in a high-volume, upscale dining setting preferred.
- 2Deep knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, with a passion for hospitality.
- 3Proven ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- 4Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude on every shift.
- 5Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
- 6Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
