- 2Provide detailed knowledge of the menu specials and beverage pairings
- 3Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- 4Deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring proper presentation
- 5Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally
- 6Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow
- 7Perform opening and closing side work as assigned
- 8Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout shifts
- 9Process payments issue receipts and thank guests
- 10Work nights weekends and holidays in a fast-paced setting
- 11Stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
Requirements5
- 1Previous serving experience in high-volume upscale dining environments
- 2Strong knowledge of food wine and cocktails with passion for hospitality
- 3Ability to multitask work under pressure and thrive in fast-paced settings
