What You'll Do8
- 1Provide exceptional guest service ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience
- 2Work closely with servers to deliver food answer guest questions and maintain THE ONE GROUP’s high standards of service
- 3Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement
- 4Pre-bus tables remove used tableware between courses and reset tables promptly
- 5Maintain restaurant cleanliness ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized
- 6Assist with table setups stocking service stations and additional front-of-house tasks
- 7Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed
- 8Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment

- 1Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence
- 2Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- 3Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- 4Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and server needs
