What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience
- 2Provide detailed knowledge of the menu specials and beverage pairings
- 3Take accurate food and beverage orders entering them into the POS system
- 4Deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring proper presentation and accuracy
- 5Monitor guest satisfaction address concerns professionally and efficiently
- 6Assist team members as needed to maintain a smooth and seamless service flow
- 7Perform opening and closing side work as assigned by management
- 8Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift
- 9Process payments issue receipts and thank guests while encouraging returns
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading server teams
- 35+ years experience with POS systems
- 4Strong knowledge of food wine and cocktails with a passion for hospitality
- 5Ability to multitask work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- 6Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude
- 7Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- 8Certification in food safety and alcohol service
- 9Previous experience with group benefits and compensation packages
