What You'll Do10

  • 2Design and manage financials including budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting to meet revenue and cost targets
  • 3Lead inventory planning, procurement, and vendor relationships to maintain supply and quality
  • 4Oversee sanitation, safety, and compliance across assigned units with focus on risk mitigation
  • 5Roll out new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams to enhance guest experience
  • 6Act as primary liaison with client, ensuring satisfaction and strong public relations
  • 7Monitor market trends and adapt offerings to maintain competitiveness and quality
  • 8Drive cash controls and payroll records accurate processing and reporting
  • 9Coordinate training and development for hourly team members to improve service and efficiency
  • 10Manage special events and functions to ensure successful execution and guest satisfaction

Requirements10

  • 14+ years supervisory experience in food service operations
  • 2Strong financial, budgetary and accounting skills with experience in forecasting and reporting
  • 3Knowledge of retail, food and catering trends with emphasis on quality, sanitation, cost controls and presentation
  • 4Culinary degree preferred or A.A. Degree with related experience
  • 5Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, internet and related computer programs
  • 6ServSafe Certified or equivalent food safety certification
  • 7Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • 8Leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of team development
  • 9Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends as needed
  • 10Knowledge of payroll and cash handling procedures
