What You'll Do8

  • 1Build and oversee all culinary and food service operations for the corporate café and catering program in a financial institution.
  • 2Direct catering activities including menu planning event execution client communications and service excellence.
  • 3Foster and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • 4Oversee inventory ordering and receiving to maintain cost controls and high food quality.
  • 5Monitor P&L and contract-managed service aspects to drive profitability and accountability.
  • 6Develop menus manage costs and source local products while maintaining quality and presentation.
  • 7Drive a culture of hospitality customer service and sustainability across the operation.
  • 8Ensure high standards of food quality presentation and guest satisfaction.

Requirements10

  • 1Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice corporate dining fine dining or hotel resort environments with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
  • 2Working knowledge of HACCP.
  • 3Proven experience managing catering programs and special events.
  • 4Strong client management and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • 5Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality production sanitation food cost controls and presentation.
  • 6Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
  • 7Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using catering inventory purchasing and food service management systems.
  • 8ServSafe certification is a plus.
  • 9Corporate dining or hotel resort environments experience is preferred.
  • 10Ability to work in onsite Florida environment and meet essential functions with or without accommodations.
