Overview
5+ years of culinary management in corporate or luxury hospitality drives this hands-on leadership role. You will partner with the Executive Chef to oversee Morgan Stanley’s corporate café, executive dining room, and premier catering, preparing, plating, and executing exceptional food while guiding a culinary team in a fast-paced environment. This role blends daily kitchen operations with mentorship, standard-setting for food quality and sanitation, and delivering an elevated hospitality experience in a luxury corporate setting. You’ll work Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as required, collaborating across culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.

Requirements7
- 1Culinary management experience in corporate dining, executive dining, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environments
- 2At least 5+ years of progressive culinary management experience
- 3Strong hands-on cooking skills with experience in catering and multi-outlet operations
- 4Catering experience with a wide range of events
- 5Proven ability to lead, coach, and collaborate with culinary teams
- 6Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen management best practices
- 7Ability to perform in a fast-paced corporate dining environment while maintaining high culinary standards
