Overview
Sous Chef leads hands on kitchen execution for Morgan Stanley’s premier corporate dining program. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to prepare, plate, and present high quality meals for executive guests in a fast paced, luxury environment. You will mentor culinary staff, uphold food safety and presentation standards, and drive operational excellence. This role blends luxury hospitality with corporate dining to deliver an exceptional dining experience at scale.
What You'll Do7

Requirements6
- 1Must have prior experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook in corporate dining, fine dining, or luxury hospitality
- 2Strong hands on leadership and communication skills
- 3Ability to mentor and support team development
- 4High attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality
- 5Ability to work early mornings and occasional evenings/weekends
- 6Catering experience
