What You'll Do8
- 1Greet every guest with a welcoming attitude and act as an ambassador of fun.
- 2Recommend menu items and confirm order accuracy for each transaction.
- 3Prepare quick-service food and beverages following recipes and standards.
- 4Deliver orders promptly and anticipate guest needs for refills or extras.
- 5Process payments and invite guests to return for their next visit.
- 6Complete opening, mid-day, or closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
- 7Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- 8Communicate clearly with management, team members, and guests to resolve issues.
Requirements7
- 1Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- 2Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- 3Teamwork is essential; you will collaborate closely with other café staff.
- 4Food Handlers Certification as required by local regulations.
- 5Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- 6Effective communication skills with management, team members, and guests.
- 7Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends, including holidays.
