What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests warmly and assist with product selection to drive memorable service.
- 2Operate the POS system accurately to process transactions and handle payments.
- 3Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to recipe and quality standards.
- 4Assist with bread merchandising and maintain attractive product presentation.
- 5Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and compliant with Health Department regulations.
- 6Cross-train across cashier, bar, bread, and cake stations to flex where needed.
- 7Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet daily service goals.
- 8Follow company policies and ServSafe guidelines to ensure food safety.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills in conversational English.
- 3Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- 4Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
- 5Willingness to obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handler Certification where required.
- 6Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
