Overview

Own cable and harness production for the Gilbert Manufacturing Center at scale on 2nd shift. Work with a cross functional team to interpret drawings, wirelists, and schematics and ensure compliance with ISO procedures. Join a contract role that emphasizes craftsmanship, precision, and documentation through MES systems and signoff workflows. This position offers onsite collaboration, a 9x80 schedule, and a focus on quality and process adherence.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Build cable and harness products according to work instructions and drawings
  • 2Read and interpret schematics, wirelists, and wiring diagrams to ensure correct assemblies
  • 3Ensure quality and adherence to ISO procedures and operation sheets
  • 4Maintain complete and accurate documentation and communicate status to shop leads and management
  • 5Support MES workflows including signoff and documentation processes

Requirements5

  • 1High School Diploma or GED plus 5+ years in electrical assembly or wiring
  • 25+ years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring
  • 3Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams
  • 4Certification to IPC WHMA-A-620 and NASA-J-STD or equivalent
  • 5Ability to read schematics and work instructions and perform crimping and ESD controlled work
