Overview
The role owns full range of functional administration and operational support for departmental business applications at UCSF Real Estate. This position drives end‑user account management security reviews workflow maintenance and collaboration with architects to ensure reliable application performance. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and design Oracle Primavera Unifier configurations and support secondary Real Estate applications such as Accela and SharePoint
- 2Lead security role based access management and conduct periodic permission audits
- 3Maintain workflows forms and templates while documenting all application configurations
- 4Coordinate support requests and produce training materials for end users
- 5Partner with architects to translate technical designs into operational settings
- 6Translate functional requirements into actionable system changes
- 7Analyze application impact across interdependent systems and resolve complex issues
- 8Organize priorities in fast‑paced environment while collaborating with stakeholders
- 9Ensure governance adherence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- 23+ years progressive experience administering enterprise business applications
- 3Proven experience managing user accounts role based security and access reviews
- 4Demonstrated ability to coordinate software testing upgrades and releases
- 5Experience with vendor interactions and external support organizations
- 6Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with cross system awareness
- 7Excellent written verbal communication and customer service abilities
- 8Ability to document processes and write clear technical documentation
- 9Five or more years experience in complex organizational environments
- 10Experience developing Oracle Primavera Unifier and Accela platforms
- 11Familiarity with SharePoint site management and portal administration
