Strategic Business Relationship Manager leading IT strategy for assigned areas at Moffitt Cancer Center. Serves as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for business stakeholders. - 1Establishes strategic relationships with stakeholders and leads IT planning and execution
- 2Leads prioritization of IT initiatives based on business needs and strategy
- 3Ensures resolution of escalated IT issues and addresses business value loss
- 4Represents business strategies to IT and promotes IT knowledge within business units
- 5Provides strategic consultation on technology options and risk assessment
- 6Facilitates change management communication and manages stakeholder expectations
- 7Develops and advocates recommendations using the Service Catalog
- 8Maintains awareness of strategic changes and evaluates solution opportunities
- 9Manages stakeholder satisfaction through regular reporting and governance
- 10Coaches and mentors IT team members and recommends training programs
- 11Analyzes technology trends to improve organizational efficiency
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field
- 2Minimum 7 years IT management or business relationship management experience
- 3Minimum 5 years experience with Spark Airflow and cloud platforms
- 4Demonstrated leadership in complex project environments
- 5Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and service catalog utilization
- 6Strong negotiation and communication skills across organizational levels
- 7Ability to work with internal teams and external vendors
- 8Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
- 9Preference for Master’s degree in relevant fields
- 10Experience with change management frameworks and stakeholder advocacy
- 11Knowledge of IT risk management and solution optimization techniques
