Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field with minimum 5+ years clinical experience
- 2Registered Nurse licensure with current BLS certification
- 3ACM or CCM certification preferred
- 4Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through conflict resolution experiences
- 5Ability to manage complex healthcare environments with diverse patient populations
