Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field with 5+ years of change management experience
- 2Minimum 7 years of IT experience focusing on customer service or business relationship management
- 3Proven track record leading large complex projects in IT management consulting or similar roles
- 4Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills with deep business and IT process knowledge
- 5Expertise in IT service catalog usage and alignment with organizational goals
- 6Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of concepts to diverse audiences
- 7Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors
- 8Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
- 9Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields
- 10BRMP or CBRM certification valued
- 11Minimum 12 years total experience combining IT management and business relationship management
