What You'll Do11

- 4Process invoices and submit expense reports promptly
- 5Maintain faculty CVs and generate reports for compliance purposes
- 6Coordinate leave requests and track time off for leadership and faculty
- 7Support pager and attending coverage logistics
- 8Assist with tumor board preparation and related documentation
- 9Ensure adherence to institutional policies and external compliance requirements
- 10Collaborate with administrators and external partners to streamline processes
- 11Provide independent decision‑making on daily administrative tasks
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED minimum education level
- 2Minimum 5+ years experience handling complex administrative duties
- 3Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 4Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
- 5Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- 6Experience managing paid time off requests and leave policies
- 7Familiarity with AWS and cloud services preferred
- 8Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 9Preference for candidates with an Associate’s Degree in a related field
- 10Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on precision
