Overview
The Senior Project Manager will own radiology initiatives leading to impactful patient outcomes. This full-time onsite role reports to the Chief Administrative Officer for Radiology. After six months the position transitions to hybrid flexibility. Drive complex project execution while balancing cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 5+ years project management experience
- 2Master's degree preferred with advanced technical competencies
- 3PMP certification strongly recommended
- 4Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based collaboration platforms
- 5Proven track record managing healthcare IT implementations
- 6Strong analytical abilities with SQL and database management systems
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- 8Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure environments
- 9Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements
- 10Ability to develop comprehensive project roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- 11Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
