What You'll Do11
- 1Define enterprise technology and systems transformation strategies including digital transformation roadmaps and ERP modernization
- 2Advise executive leadership on technology strategy infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption
- 3Lead technology strategy assessments operating model redesign and business case creation
- 4Shape and expand Systems & Technology Transformation offerings across multiple domains
- 5Lead technology workstreams for mergers acquisitions and system integration
- 6Establish governance structures program reporting and risk management frameworks
- 7Oversee enterprise application modernization initiatives
- 8Define architecture principles aligning applications infrastructure and data with strategy
- 9Serve as trusted advisor driving value creation and client outcomes
- 10Drive business development activities originate close and close new engagements
- 11Build relationships with C-suite private equity and expand practice areas
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business IT Finance Management or related field with MBA preferred
- 215-20+ years leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives including ERP modernization and architecture redesign
- 3Prior experience as CIO VP of IT or senior executive technology leader with consulting background
- 4Significant experience in M&A technology due diligence integration and Day 1/Day 100 readiness
- 5Deep expertise in infrastructure cloud platforms data architecture cybersecurity and ERP platforms
- 6Proven thought leadership executive advisory and client relationship management skills
- 7Recruiting coaching developing and scaling high performing consulting teams
- 8Experience leading complex cross-functional multi geography technology programs
- 9Understanding of private equity sponsor advisory and board level engagement
- 10Commitment to firm building and talent development
