What You'll Do9
- 1Build financial models using Python and SQL to analyze target company data
- 2Design and execute due diligence processes leveraging Spark and Airflow
- 3Scale reporting frameworks for GAAP compliance and financial statement preparation
- 4Drive integration services using React and Kubernetes platforms
- 5Own transaction tax strategies utilizing advanced Excel functions
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy
- 7Scale client relationship development through community initiatives and training programs
- 8Ship deliverables including quality of earnings analyses and presentation materials
- 9Lead coaching sessions for junior analysts and team members
Requirements10
- 15+ years managing transaction-related financial analysis and reporting
- 23-5 seasons leading complex M&A engagements
- 3Advanced Excel proficiency with SUMIF SUMIFS VLOOKUP and other lookup functions
- 4CPC Card certification preferred with AWS Certified experience
- 5AWS Certified cloud expertise beneficial for infrastructure support
- 6Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7Proven ability to diagnose operational issues and propose actionable solutions
- 8Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- 9Travel capability required based on client engagement needs
- 10Experience with Distressed Transaction Services and Buy-side/Sell-side Due Diligence
