What You'll Do11
- 1Count receipts and prepare bank deposits
- 2Process credit card purchases and reconcile monthly statements
- 3Maintain petty cash and support resident petty cash needs
- 4Procure goods and services while managing vendor documentation
- 5Enter vendor data into financial systems and coordinate payments
- 6Assist Mother Superior with vendor payment approvals
- 7Handle accounts receivable tasks as required
- 8Track office supplies inventory and manage filing systems
- 9Prepare regulatory reports and coordinate post office runs
- 10Maintain confidential financial records with discretion
- 11Provide independent support with minimal supervision
Requirements6
- 1Associate degree in Accounting Business or related field
- 23–5 years of office experience
- 3Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
