Overview

The Business Development Analyst at ForeFront Power will own new solar power energy storage and fleet electrification sales while managing current accounts in the US. This role supports Sales Managers in growing client portfolios and project pipelines. You will analyze energy data and utility rates to drive value propositions and economic fundamentals for investors. What You'll Do12

  • 1Support Sales Managers during utility analysis and contract negotiations
  • 2Develop and manage incoming leads and sales pipeline while assisting with opportunity qualification
  • 3Evaluate customer savings propositions by analyzing energy data and utility rates
  • 4Conduct energy storage and fleet electrification optimizations
  • 5Assess economic viability of project proposals and recommend ways to increase project revenue streams or reduce costs
  • 6Design and prepare financial reports including budget reports sales forecasts and project portfolio status reports
  • 7Support the preparation of internal and external presentations and proposals including management of reports presentations RFP responses and analytics
  • 8Assist in the collection coordination and preparation of communication and documentation including customer contracts and utility applications
  • 9Run due diligence to present new and existing clients with future business opportunities
  • 10Interface closely with Finance Development Engineering Legal and Management to help guide projects forward quickly and efficiently
  • 11Track and evaluate emerging regulatory rulings and assess potential for market creation
  • 12Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and creating new systems and structures

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor's degree required Master's degree desired
  • 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 3Strong computational and analytical skills
  • 4Financial modeling experience preferred
  • 5Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
  • 6Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage diverse relationships and multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • 7Creativity and critical thinking skills to tackle a variety of challenges from the industry level to client specific
  • 8Advanced Excel Word and PowerPoint skills
  • 9Solar or renewable energy industry experience is a plus
