Overview

Own the brokerage support lifecycle from pursuit to deal closure at scale within a Houston-based, on-site contract role. You will manage CRM data, coordinate marketing collateral, and align across Marketing, Research, and Finance to drive client-facing materials. This position offers cross-functional exposure and a path to impact revenue processing by enabling fee-earners and internal teams.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain brokerage databases ensuring accurate listing information and rates
  • 2Coordinate with Marketing and Design teams to produce pitches, proposals, and collateral on schedule
  • 3Support fee-earners by gathering data, preparing documentation, and coordinating transaction-related activities
  • 4Manage CRM data entry, deal tracking, and conflict research to support accurate reporting
  • 5Schedule client meetings, tours, and vendor logistics including catering and space reservations
  • 6Update internal listing databases and third-party sites for consistency across platforms
  • 7Prepare deal sheets and packages for Revenue Accounting and fee-earner review
  • 8Review and refine pitch content in collaboration with Marketing, Research, and Legal
  • 9Notify stakeholders of events and conferences and manage registrations
  • 10Assist with data requests and reporting calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s degree
  • 22–4 years of experience in brokerage, sales, or administrative support
  • 3Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 4Proficiency in Adobe Pro and Adobe Sign for document creation and e-signatures
  • 5Proficiency in Adobe InDesign for marketing materials layout
  • 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 7Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • 8Solid experience with CRM systems, databases, and office technology
  • 9Experience supporting brokerage or sales professionals with pitches, proposals, and property tours
  • 10Familiarity with redlining and reviewing documents for accuracy
