Client Services Lead - Commercial Real Estate
Overview
Own the daily operations of the Orlando client services team, coordinating brokers, managing transactions, and driving administrative excellence across multiple property types. Report directly to operational leadership, with a team of Client Services Coordinators to coach and guide. You'll balance high-volume deal support with strategic marketing and training initiatives, using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to produce polished deliverables. What You'll Do10
- 1Balance multiple activities and projects for team members, tracking action items to completion.
- 2Manage databases for multiple target populations, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- 3Draft or edit legal documents as applicable to transactions, maintaining compliance and precision.
- 4Coordinate transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets, submitting trade records, and supporting paperwork.
- 5Drive marketing campaigns, including scheduling, managing mailing lists, and running reports.
- 6Maintain property listings on various websites and update broker transactions.
- 7Create marketing flyers and update as needed.
- 8Monitor competitor research, liaising with departments for title searches and property particulars.
- 9Prepare surveys for lease and sales comparable, and coordinate market reports with basic comparative analysis.
- 10Develop pitches and presentations for clients and brokers, and train new Client Services Coordinators on Adobe and Microsoft tools.
Requirements10
- 14+ years in a similar client services role, ideally in commercial real estate.
- 2Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3Hold a commercial real estate license.
- 4Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- 5Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- 6Exceptional customer service, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- 7Proven ability to handle multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
- 8Excellent communication and follow-through, meeting commitments.
- 9Strong problem-solving skills in varied situations.
