Branch Operations Associate - Counter & Warehouse Production
Overview
Manage daily branch operations providing counter and warehouse services while supporting production tasks. Responsibilities include processing orders receiving inventory building hose assemblies and shipping products. What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver prompt professional counter phone and electronic customer service resolving inquiries orders and complaints
- 2Provide accurate product information and apply technical knowledge to meet customer needs
- 3Process sales quotes and production orders maintaining documentation and paperwork
- 4Estimate delivery timelines based on inventory supplier availability and production schedules
- 5Perform outbound follow-ups with customers via phone email and internal teams
- 6Receive inspect unify and verify incoming products stocking them appropriately
- 7Pull pick allocate and distribute products using RF scanners and quality checks before release
- 8Package label shrink wrap stage and ship orders through national carriers or customer pickup
- 9Support inventory control including cycle counts and quality control measures
- 10Make local pickups and deliveries while communicating positively with stakeholders
- 11Complete safety training operate forklifts and adhere to workplace safety standards
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience accepted
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 33-5 seasons of experience in warehouse or production environments
- 4Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- 5Physical stamina for frequent lifting stooping reaching pushing pulling and standing on cement floors
- 6Mechanical aptitude for industrial hose and fittings with Parker Hannifin experience preferred
- 7Forklift certification or ability to obtain one
- 8Reliable punctual on-site attendance required
