- 5Scale proven practices across multiple schools while maintaining strict confidentiality standards

- 7Own complex caseloads spanning multiple grade levels and special needs categories
- 8Debug behavioral challenges using systematic assessment techniques
- 9Develop training modules to upskill colleagues on best practices in school-based interventions
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading multicultural teams in high-stakes educational environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred but not required
- 4AWS Certified preferred for cloud-based data management roles
- 5BCBA credential mandatory for all applicants
- 6K-12 special education background required
- 7Proficiency in Python for behavioral analytics
- 8Relevant experience with React for therapeutic platform development
- 9Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
